As some of my friends say, they are more productive during the night when no one (like a girlfriend) and nothing (like a phone) can disturb them.
Others say “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.”
~Benjamin Franklin
I dont wanna argue with Mr. Franklin but it doesn’t matter what time you go to bed or get up as long as your work sells.
MY MORNING
For the sunny period of the year now I prefer to get up by 05.45 to be at the gym by 06.00 when it opens (yes, I do not eat before sports). My workout contains of three elements: 1. play with some barbells 2. jogging 3. swimming.
I agree it is not the nicest thing in the world to get up that early to go to the gym but it is worth it when you can swim in a pool that is not crowded with elderly (and what often remains after them in the water).
After the gym I have an abundant breakfast during which I like to think about the day and what awesome things await me. As a mental plus of doing sports in the morning is the comfy thought that out of two important things for a man one is already done. The other thing next to physical power is your brain. A man must every day come forward in those two areas: body and brain. If either one of them starts lacking then you are on the way to loose control.
Cheers and de-rush
